Option 1: Reset Password and Obtain Username

Fill out the form below to reset your password. Once you have completed the process you will be shown your username. You may also obtain your username or assistance accessing myPortal by calling Technology Services at 573-875-HELP (4357) or online at Help.ccis.edu.

Authentication Information

College ID: Example: 0012345

This is a seven digit number that can be found on billing statement, grade card, pay stub, applicant letter, or your registration receipt. Please input leading zeros.

Your Columbia College ID number is protected by federal privacy laws and may not be given out over the phone. If you are unable to locate your Columbia College ID number, you may obtain it by going to the nearest Columbia College campus with a picture ID. Students who are unable to go to a Columbia College campus may contact Office of the Registrar at (573) 875-7526 or (800) 231-2391 ext. 7526 to have it mailed to them.

First Name:

Enter the first name you used when you registered with the college.

Last Name:

Enter the last name you used when you registered with the college.

Birthdate: Example (YYYYMMDD) format: 19840128

Enter your date of birth beginning with the year, followed by the month and day. Be sure to include all four digits of the year, two digits for the month, and two digits for the day (e.g., 19840128 if your birthdate is 1984, Jan 28th).

If you are authenticated and have a Password Recovery Email Address on file, enter it below to have a password reset link sent to your email.

Note: Your Password Recovery Email Address is the email address entered upon admission. This is not your CougarMail address.
